Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Application Support Executive in Singapore. The role provides IT and application support for Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft 365 and related systems.

You will troubleshoot issues, manage user access, and support key business workflows across purchasing, sales, inventory and finance. The position requires a Diploma or Degree in IT/CS with at least 2 years in IT support or IT operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT support or IT operations.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or comparable ERP.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps and general IT troubleshooting.
• API basics, web services or system integrations helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT and application support for BC, Microsoft 365 and other systems.
• Troubleshoot user issues: applications, access, configuration, system errors.
• Support workflows in purchasing, sales, inventory and finance.
• Manage user accounts, roles and access permissions.
• Support APIs, integrations and vendor coordination as needed.
• Assist with upgrades, testing and UAT.
• Support automation and AI-enabled tool usage (Power Automate/Power Apps).
• Maintain IT/support documentation and security reviews.
