I-consult Tech Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an administrative professional to support delivery orders, invoicing, and coordination between the project team and external customers.

You will assist in preparing orders and maintain stock records. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communications, or IT, is proficient in MS Office, and shows initiative, organization, and strong communication.

Competenze

• Diploma in a relevant field (Business Admin, Marketing, Mass Communications, IT) is required.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.

Mansioni

• Assist in preparing Delivery Orders and Purchase Orders, processing customer orders and invoicing customers.
• Maintain stock and follow up supplier/vendor orders.
• Maintain a proper filing system for invoices and documents based on projects.
• Provide administrative support and coordinate between the project team and external customers.
• Perform data entry to ensure accuracy and confidentiality in the system.
• Support all administrative and backend functions for the group.
• Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
