Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd is hiring for a hotel front desk role in Orchard/Downtown, Singapore. This permanent, full‑time position offers up to SGD 4,000 monthly plus meal allowance and VB, with 5 days per week and rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Able to perform rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient service to guests.
• Ensure telephone calls are answered promptly.
• Upsell room types and services where appropriate.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and escalate as needed.
• Be familiar with room types and rates and availability.
• Maintain guest safety and security procedures.
