The role includes handling check-ins/check-outs and providing information on facilities. The position requires strong customer service, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask during a 10-hour shift including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in hotel operations, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a strong customer-service mindset.
• Able to handle guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Well-organised, attentive to detail, and able to multitask.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures where required.
• Manage reservations, room enquiries, and guest information.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, reception, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Provide information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Maintain a professional appearance and ensure the front-of-house area is clean and presentable.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Title: Front of House

Monthly Salary: UP to $2,500 (Negotiable) with monthly bonus

Working Address: Orchard

Working Hours: 5.5 days work week (Weekends included) | 10AM - 10:30PM (10 hours) with 2.5 hours break in between
