Qualifications

• Patient and customer-oriented attitude.
• Fresh graduates welcome; relevant experience an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Attend to drivers' enquiries through hotline, walk-ins, and email under the guidance of supervisors.
• Provide frontline support to drivers on standard procedures, policies, and general enquiries.
• Assist drivers with applications, submissions, documentation, and administrative processes.
• Escalate complex cases to senior officers or supervisors when necessary.
• Record and update driver interactions and case details in internal systems.
• Assist in gathering feedback and information for departmental reporting.
• Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery to drivers.
• Undertake other duties assigned by supervisor or management.
