A community support organization in Singapore is looking for a dedicated individual to safely operate vehicles and assist with transportation for various activities. Responsibilities include maintaining trip logs, supporting logistics for events, and ensuring safe operations of organizational vehicles. Safely operate organization vehicles to transport personnel, materials, donations, and supplies for HQ and fundraising activities.
Adhere strictly to traffic regulations, road safety practices, and organizational SOPs.
Ensure safe loading, unloading, and secure placement of transported items.
Maintain accurate trip logs for collections, deliveries, mileage, and movement records.
Conduct daily vehicle checks, including tires, fuel, lights, brakes, and general condition.
Report mechanical issues promptly and coordinate for repairs or servicing.
Work closely with the Fundraising Department and HQ stakeholders to coordinate schedules and transport requests.
Communicate effectively regarding delays, incidents, changes in pickup points, or urgent updates.
Support logistics planning for major events, distributions, and organizational programmes.
Provide courteous service, assist with donation collections, and express appreciation on behalf of the organization.
Assist with simple logistical tasks when required (e.g., carrying materials, event setup support).
Support out-of-hours events, including evenings or weekends, when required.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma in any discipline.
Valid Class 3 driving licence with a clean driving record.
Willingness to work outside regular hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays during events.
Ability to work independently and responsibly with minimal supervision.
Physically fit to load/unload items as required.
Meticulous, organized, and able to follow routes and schedules efficiently.
Maintain high standards of professional and ethical conduct.
Contribute to teamwork and collaborative efforts across departments.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
