Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate technical drawings and detailed plans for infrastructure and civil engineering projects (e.g., roads, drainage, earthworks, utilities).
• Interpret engineering sketches and specifications for drafting.
• Assist in updating drawings based on site conditions and design changes.
• Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and consultants to ensure drawing accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Maintain and organise drawing records and revision logs.
• Ensure all drawings comply with local standards and regulations.
• Supervise all on-site activities, ensuring the construction process runs smoothly from start to finish.
• Manage, direct, and motivate construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel to meet deadlines and work efficiently.
• Monitor the quality of work, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with project specifications and local building codes.
