Job summary

SUTD (Singapore University of Technology & Design) is seeking an organised Associate/Senior Associate (Stewardship) to support donor stewardship through events, recognition initiatives and personalised engagement activities.

The role collaborates with fundraisers, leadership, faculty and volunteers to deliver high-quality donor experiences that foster trust and long-term engagement, reporting to the Senior Manager (Stewardship).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in donor relations or events is advantageous.
• Proactive, self-starter, resourceful and creative.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration.
• Willing to work occasional evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Donor Events & Engagement: plan and execute donor appreciation events, recognition receptions and milestone celebrations.
• Donor Recognition: maintain records of recognition initiatives and coordinate their implementation.
• Stewardship coordination: translate plans into scheduled activities and ensure timely follow‑through.
• Records & operations: document participation, engagement outcomes and vendor records in the Donor Management System.
• Other duties: support team during peak periods as required.
