Job summary

Sengkang General Hospital is seeking a data-informed donor relations professional to support stewardship, fundraising operations and analytics. You will manage donor records, assist in gift processing, and contribute to data-driven decision making across fundraising initiatives.

Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, you will develop reports and dashboards, coordinate donor recognition programmes, and help optimise platforms and systems for fundraising and donor funds

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline, preferably with at least 2 years’ experience in data management and analytics.
• Prior experience in donor stewardship, event coordination, recognition programmes or stakeholder engagement is preferred.
• Familiarity with donor management systems, gift management systems, CRM platforms, financial systems or online donation platforms will be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with Advanced Excel skills to develop reports and dashboards.
• Self-motivated team player and highly independent to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support donor stewardship, fundraising operations and data-driven decision-making through management of donor records, gift administration and analytics.
• Coordinate donor recognition and stewardship initiatives and support fundraising platforms and gift management systems.
• Develop reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Contribute to the effective administration of donor funds and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimise donor engagement.
