Job summary

Promisedland Community Services in Singapore is seeking a Donor Relations Officer to cultivate and expand relationships with donors, blending fundraising strategy with personalized engagement to highlight the impact of contributions. You will design donor stewardship plans, draft proposals and updates, and create content for social media, the website and crowdfunding campaigns.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field.
• Experience in fundraising, donor relations, or digital content creation is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and across teams.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, donor databases and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, and philanthropic partners.
• Design and implement donor stewardship plans with personalized communications and events.
• Draft compelling proposals, donor updates, fundraising appeals, and digital content.
• Create and manage content for social media, the company website, and crowdfunding campaigns.
• Collaborate with program teams to translate project outcomes into donor-friendly stories.
• Track donor contributions, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with governance and financial standards.
• Identify opportunities for donor upgrades and long-term giving commitments.
• Support fundraising campaigns and events, ensuring donor participation and recognition.
• Monitor donor trends and recommend strategies to enhance engagement.
