Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in higher education, philanthropic organisations, or similar large organisations.
• Demonstrated success in achieving strategic outcomes in a large, complex environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences with gravitas.
• Proficiency in numerical analysis to derive insights for strategies and processes.
• Ability to innovate, handle ambiguity, and demonstrate cultural and ethical awareness in advancement work.

Responsibilities

• Monitor donor fund utilisation with faculties and ensure transparent reporting of fund impacts; develop processes for accurate monitoring.
• Prepare and deliver detailed impact reports, track donor data, and ensure accurate reporting of donor activities.
• Manage donor records within the CRM system and analyse engagement data to inform decisions and strategies.
