Job summary

Singapore Childrens' Society in Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive/Executive, Donor Engagement to ensure supporters experience a consistent, timely and meaningful engagement journey through every touchpoint.

You will translate stewardship plans into day-to-day activities, manage donor touchpoints from welcome communications to impact updates, coordinate events and ensure governance and data standards across the donor portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising or relationship management is advantageous.
• Experience engaging diverse stakeholders and building professional relationships.
• Familiarity with governance, compliance or fundraising regulations is advantageous.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver donor stewardship initiatives that recognise, thank and engage supporters.
• Manage donor touchpoints including welcome journeys, thank-you communications, impact updates and renewal reminders.
• Prepare correspondence, proposals and reports to support donor engagement and fundraising activities.
• Develop stewardship calendars and engagement trackers to ensure timely execution.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate donor recognition and reporting.
