Job summary

Nanyang Technological University Singapore's University Advancement Office is seeking an Assistant Manager to steward donors, prepare impact reports, and support donor engagement initiatives.

Reporting to the Manager, Gift Stewardship and Reporting, you will coordinate reporting, manage top-tier stewardship plans, and help organise donor recognition events while building relationships across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in development, stewardship, advancement, or a related function, involving a range of senior stakeholders.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with gravitas and tact.
• Understanding of philanthropy as it relates to higher education and ethical considerations in advancement work.

Responsibilities

• Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed impact reports and track donor data.
• Stewardship Management: Develop and implement stewardship plans for top-tier donor groups.
• Event Coordination: Support donor recognition events and ensure excellent participant experiences.
