Job summary

Singapore Children's Society is seeking a Senior Executive/Executive, Donor Engagement to ensure supporters experience a consistent, timely and meaningful engagement journey. You will translate stewardship plans into day-to-day execution while upholding high standards of donor experience, governance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualifications preferred.
• Experience in fundraising or relationship management advantageous.
• Experience engaging diverse stakeholders and building professional relationships.
• Familiarity with governance, compliance or fundraising regulations advantageous.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate donor stewardship initiatives and manage engagement across supporter journeys.
• Prepare correspondence, proposals and reports to support engagement and fundraising.
• Develop stewardship calendars, trackers and schedules for donor portfolios.
• Coordinate donor segmentation, mailing lists and communications schedules.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on donor recognition and impact reporting.
