Job summary

China Communications Constructions Company Limited (Singapore Branch) – Surge is seeking a Diploma-qualified Document Controller to maintain and manage the project document control system for EPC documentation, ensuring proper filing, distribution and archiving of drawings, technical submissions, and correspondence in hard copy and electronic formats.

You will coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure timely submissions and approvals, maintain registers and revision

Qualifications

• Diploma or above is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in document control.
• Willing to learn, proactive and responsible.

Responsibilities

• To maintain and manage the project document control system for all EPC documentation.
• To ensure proper control, distribution, filing and archiving of all project documents in hard copy and electronic formats.
• To coordinate with internal departments, project teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure timely submission, review and approval of documents.
• To maintain accurate document registers, tracking logs and revision control.
• To ensure compliance with project procedures, quality standards and regulatory requirements in all document control processes.

• To ensure proper control, distribution, filing and archiving of all project documents, including drawings, technical submissions, correspondence and records, in both hard copy and electronic formats.
• To coordinate with internal departments, project teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure timely submission, review and approval of documents.
• To maintain accurate document registers, tracking logs and revision control to ensure all documents are up to date and properly recorded.
• To ensure compliance with project procedures, quality standards and regulatory requirements in all document control processes.
