Job summary

Singapore General Hospital is looking for a capable manager to lead the Division and ACP support functions and supervise executives to drive strategic initiatives across research, clinical service innovation, and philanthropy campaigns.

You will oversee project milestones, coordinate meetings, ensure compliance with philanthropy guidelines, and provide secretariat support to task forces and workgroups as they advance their initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least 5 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Relevant project management skills.
• Healthcare-related experience would be advantageous.
• Ability to organise and coordinate academic events (courses, meetings, etc).

Responsibilities

• Support the supervisor in division and ACP functions to keep goals on track.
• Provide admin support to Division and ACP leadership to realise plans.
• Supervise executives, teach and guide them to deliver projects and initiatives.
• Oversee philanthropy/fundraising campaigns and events planning.
• Track milestones, troubleshoot bottlenecks and liaise with stakeholders.
• Provide secretariat support for task forces and meetings.
