Job summary

Singapore General Hospital seeks an accomplished senior fundraiser to lead development campaigns, donor stewardship, and communications to increase philanthropic support. You will identify opportunities and design engagement programs for donors, partners, and stakeholders.

The role oversees leadership gifts, regular giving, and budget reporting, requiring strategic thinking, strong communications, and a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced fundraising certification preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in Healthcare/Higher Education/Not-for-Profit fundraising with ability to meet monthly targets.
• Proven track record cultivating and soliciting major gifts from high-net-worth individuals, foundations, and corporate partners.
• Experience representing institutions to diverse audiences and influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and coordination of fundraising campaigns and donor communications for SGH.
• Identify opportunities and build stakeholder engagement programmes to increase philanthropic support.
• Oversee wide range of fundraising activities including leadership gifts and regular giving.
• Manage budgets and reporting for fundraising initiatives.
