Singapore General Hospital seeks a detail-oriented administrator to support the Division of Medicine. You will manage the HOD's calendar, coordinate meetings, and take minutes, while assisting in onboarding/offboarding and budget tracking.

You will also update dashboards, plan monthly rosters, track CME pointers, and coordinate division research events. Strong MS Office and communication skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in any discipline.
• Knowledge in automation tools (ie, RPA) will be an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Meticulous and detail oriented.
• Team player who is able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (especially MS Excel).

Aufgaben

• Manage HOD's calendar, coordinate meetings and provide secretarial support (including taking minutes).
• Assist in onboarding of new staff and offboarding of staff.
• Assist in workplan submission and tracking of department's budgets.
• Updating and monitoring of dashboards.
• Plan and distribute medical manpower monthly rosters.
• Track and submit CME pointers for clinicians.
• Collate and track training for trainees.
• Coordinate research activities and events organised by the division.
