Job summary

Singapore General Hospital is seeking a Research Grant Management Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to support end-to-end grant administration from pre-award to post-award activities. The role includes coordinating annual reports, KPI metrics, and strategic research initiatives, while also handling communications across newsletters, infopedia, corporate research webpages, and email blasts.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years in research administration preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy in deliverables.
• Shows ownership and accountability, with ability to collaborate and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support full spectrum of research grant administration (pre- to post-award).
• Coordinate post-award activities, including variations and extensions; prepare progress/ final reports.
• Handle internal grant calls: tracking expenditure and outcomes.
• Assist with annual KPI and progress reports; collate outcomes for senior management.
• Support strategic research initiatives and manage communications platforms (newsletters, webpage, email blasts).
• Assist IT/resource management reviews and oversee secretariat duties (minutes, logistics).
• Schedule and coordinate Research Office activities and calendar; provide meeting support.
