Job summary

Singapore General Hospital Pte Ltd. seeks a managerial professional to support the Division and ACP, supervise executives, and drive research, clinical service innovation, and philanthropy initiatives. The role involves administrative leadership, event coordination, and ensuring governance across multiple programs.

The incumbent will oversee project milestones, liaise with stakeholders, and manage staffing needs while contributing to strategic objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.
At least 5 years of supervisory or management experience.
Healthcare experience would be advantageous.
Ability to organise and coordinate academic events (e.g., courses, research/education meetings).

Responsibilities

Support the supervisor in the division and ACP to ensure smooth operations and goal alignment.
Provide administrative support to Division and ACP leadership, helping initiatives come to fruition.
Supervise executives, teach and guide to enable smooth delivery of work and project execution.
Oversee philanthropy administration, donations tracking and compliance with guidelines.
Track project milestones, troubleshoot bottlenecks, liaise with stakeholders to ensure implementation.
Provide secretariat support to task forces/workgroups, take minutes and follow up on actions.
Manage leave requests and funding for Research Coordinators and Research Associates, and assist in appraisals.
Assist with other assignments for the Division or ACP.
