Job summary

Takagi Ramen Pte Ltd is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead and develop restaurant teams, ensuring adherence to QSC and safety standards. You will interview, train and coach managers while optimizing staffing to maximize sales and efficiency in a dynamic Singapore market.

The role requires strong leadership, customer-service focus and familiarity with food safety guidelines, with night shifts expected and immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B industry
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
• Familiarity with food handling, safety and restaurant guidelines
• Able to work night shifts
• Preferably can start work immediately

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates and reinforces behaviors to gain commitment from Staff, Supervisors and Managers to deliver Excellent QSC standards
• Interviews, conducts OJEs and trains restaurant managers based on district needs and goals
• Supports, coaches and consults to ensure restaurants are adequately staffed to maximize sales potential and efficiency
• Educates and consults on HR policies, labor laws, safety procedures and security
• Maintains brand standards by coaching restaurants on QSC, safety and sanitization
• Represents company interests in local community and executes market-wide promotions
• Identifies opportunities and threats to build a business plan to optimize market potential
• Coaches so that restaurants are staffed with competent staff and managers, and supports budgeting for the district
