Job summary

Canton Paradise Pte. Ltd. in Singapore invites applications for a Restaurant Supervisor role focused on supporting the Restaurant Manager to ensure excellent food quality and service standards.

You will assist in sales analysis, reports, and staff development while maintaining health, safety, and operational SOP compliance. Responsibilities include leading the F&B team, planning menus, rostering, handling discipline, and addressing customer feedback to turn guests into returning customers.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Restaurant Manager and assist in achieving optimal business performance while maintaining high standards of food, service, health and safety
• Assist in analysing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability
• Prepare reports at end of shift/week including staff control, food & cash control and sales
• Plan and coordinate menus and staff duty rosters
• Manage filing system and read company emails; handle disciplinary issues and staff reviews
• Provide effective leadership to the F&B team to meet targets
• Coordinate the entire operation during scheduled shifts and respond to customer complaints to ensure positive service
• Upsell desserts and promotions and maintain high quality control, hygiene and SOP compliance
