Job summary

Takagi Ramen PTE. LTD. is seeking a Training Specialist to develop and manage comprehensive staff training programs across outlets in Singapore. You will design materials, update manuals, and lead soft-skills sessions to enhance guest experience and service standards.

The role also involves coordinating with HR & Operations on staff performance, onboarding, and ongoing professional upgrading, with a focus on compliance and high service quality. Working days include weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience as a trainer in relevant industries and customer support roles preferred.
• Proven record designing and executing effective training programs.

Responsibilities

• Understand business goals and identify performance gaps.
• Develop and implement staff training programs.
• Update training manuals and materials.
• Conduct soft-skills training across outlets.
• Design and implement training frameworks and apps usage.
• Plan and evaluate training plans.
• Coordinate with HR & Operations on staff issues.
• Manage induction and onboarding for new hires.
• Identify staff training needs and drive professional growth.
• Cover product knowledge, customer service, and service excellence.
