Job summary

You will work with chefs to plan menus, supervise provisioning and purchasing, control portion sizes, hit financial targets, lead shifts, hire and train staff, and handle customer complaints. Proficiency in English and another language is preferred.

Qualifications

• Min GCE 'N' level or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Able to communicate in English and 1 other language.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant.
• Assist in planning menus with chefs to be flavourful and popular with customers.
• Supervise provisioning, purchasing, and portion control to minimize waste; monitor quality.
• Hit all financial targets and lead the team on each shift.
• Plan marketing, advertising, and special restaurant functions with management.
