Job summary

SPD in Ang Mo Kio seeks a Head – Day Activity Center to lead and develop services for PwDs, coordinating a multidisciplinary team of social workers, therapists, and staff. You will drive outreach, monitor programme delivery, and report on performance and planning needs.

The role involves budgeting, service development, and active engagement with stakeholders to enhance client outcomes within SPD's adult service continuum.

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor degree in health science from a good University.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in managing and leading programmes for persons with disabilities.
• Excellent management, leadership and communication skills with demonstrated ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Drive outreach activities to enrol persons with disabilities (PwDs) and caregivers; lead a multidisciplinary team including social workers, therapists, support and administrative staff.
• Monitor service delivery of programmes.
• Achieve key performance indicators, provide progress reports and assist in data analysis for planning and reporting purposes.
• Drive service development & sustainability, including budgeting.
• Lead in Key Stakeholder Engagement; network with internal and external stakeholders and funders to improve outcomes.
• Guide DAC and SW programming including learning curriculum and materials.
