Your efforts will align with scientific rigor and clinical necessity, facilitating improved health outcomes and supporting the informed and effective use of medical treatments.In this role, you will partner with the Head of Regional Site Operations and Directors of Clinical Site Operations (DCSOs) in assigned regions. As a member of the regional leadership team, you will shape and help drive regional strategies to contribute to global clinical development goals. Your responsibilities will include cross-functional collaboration, overseeing resource planning and allocation, driving quality and compliance metrics, analyzing regional trends, leading regional communities of practice, providing quality oversight to clinical trials, and building relationships within the organization to achieve divisional goals.
