Job summary

Far East Hospitality Management (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an Assistant Director of Digital Marketing & E-commerce to own paid media and performance marketing across our portfolio of hotels and serviced residences in Singapore, Japan and Malaysia. You will lead a team to optimize direct bookings and online revenue through SEM, metasearch, OTA advertising and partnerships.

The role requires 8–10 years in digital marketing and e-commerce, 2–4 years leading a team, and strong GA4/Ads

Responsibilities

• Lead global paid media investments and optimization across SEM, Metasearch, social ads, OTA advertising
• Plan and optimize always-on and seasonal campaigns by market and brand
• Manage OTA channel health including rate parity and rankings
• Own group and property-level paid media budgets, forecasts and incrementality
• Lead agency relationships and negotiate partnerships
• Develop analytics and attribution using GA4, GTM, Looker Studio and Power BI
• Identify and test new marketing tech and AI tools
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across properties and revenue teams
• Set standards and playbooks for paid media and e-commerce
