Job summary

Mandarin Oriental, Singapore is seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to support the Marketing Communications team with a strong focus on digital marketing and performance marketing, social media, and content execution. You will work within the Sales & Marketing Department to develop and implement integrated campaigns across website, EDM, e-commerce, and OTA channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Preferably in travel, hospitality or e-commerce industries.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and social media tools.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns with emphasis on digital marketing, social media, and content execution.
• Manage and coordinate website content, promotions, and landing pages to ensure brand alignment.
• Support online shop management, promotions, OTA, and paid media campaigns.
• Track campaign performance and provide insights for optimisation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver activities on time and to standard.
