You will oversee learner administration, funding/claims, quality assurance and stakeholder management, and lead teams to enhance learner outcomes and employability across the network.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in learning/training operations or education administration.
• Strong understanding of learner administration, funding/claims and QA.
• Proven leadership of multiple operational functions.
• Strong ownership, organisation and follow-through.
• Experience with alumni or employer engagement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational readiness and service continuity of training centres.
• Oversee learner administration, enrolment, records and support.
• Drive learner placement, employment progression and retention.
• Strengthen employer feedback and improve career readiness.
• Develop alumni engagement initiatives including mentoring and talks.
• Oversee funding eligibility, claims, documentation and reconciliation.
• Ensure smooth training delivery with trainers, facilities and IT.
• Lead quality assurance, SOP governance, audits and corrective actions.
• Lead, coach and develop Learning Operations and Governance teams.
• Drive process improvement, digitalisation and automation.
