Job summary

Talents@Work Pte Ltd is recruiting an experienced Director to lead Learning Operations and Governance across its training centres and satellite operations in Singapore. You will shape operational excellence, learner experience, governance, compliance and career outcomes, while driving continuous improvement across the organisation.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong stakeholder engagement and proven ability to scale learning programmes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Education, Training, Operations or related discipline.
• Significant experience in learning/training operations, education administration, governance or operational leadership.
• Strong understanding of learner administration, funding/claims, quality assurance and compliance.
• Proven experience in team leadership and managing multiple operational functions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working with SOPs, audits, dashboards, data and digital systems.
• Strong ownership, organisational and follow-through skills.
• Experience in learner outcomes, employability or alumni programmes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational readiness, service continuity and effectiveness of training centres and satellite operations.
• Oversee learner administration, enrolment, records, attendance, learner support and engagement throughout the learner lifecycle.
• Drive learner placement, employment progression and early retention outcomes.
• Strengthen employer feedback channels and improve learner and career readiness based on employer insights.
• Develop alumni engagement initiatives including mentoring, talks and community activities.
• Oversee funding eligibility, claims, documentation, reconciliation and compliance.
• Ensure smooth training delivery through coordination of trainers, facilities, resources, equipment, IT and assessments.
• Lead quality assurance, SOP governance, audit readiness, compliance monitoring and corrective actions.
• Lead, coach and develop Learning Operations and Governance teams.
• Drive process improvement, digitalisation and automation to improve efficiency and strengthen operational controls.
