Job summary

Talents@Work Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an capable Learning Operations & Governance leader to oversee day-to-day operations across training centres and satellite locations, ensuring safe, reliable delivery.

You will manage admissions, records, funding and claims, coordinate trainers and resources, and drive quality assurance, SOP governance and audit readiness while building a high-performing Learning Operations & Governance team.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in training operations, learning administration, quality assurance or governance.
• Good understanding of funding, claims, compliance and audit processes.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows.
• Experience in SOPs, process improvement, dashboards and operational reporting.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive and accountable, with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across training centres and satellite locations, ensuring smooth, safe and reliable delivery.
• Oversee learner admissions, enrolment, records, attendance and administrative processes.
• Manage funding and claims operations, ensuring accurate documentation, timely submissions and proper reconciliation.
• Coordinate trainers, facilities, equipment, learning resources, IT support and assessment administration.
• Drive quality assurance, SOP governance, audit readiness and compliance requirements.
• Lead and develop the Learning Operations & Governance team, fostering accountability and service excellence.
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements, digitalisation and automation initiatives.
