Job summary

Gain City Eco PTE. LTD. invites a seasoned Director/Assistant Director/Senior Manager to build and lead the Learning Academy across the group.

You will design scalable training programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop a high-performing team delivering impactful learning experiences. You will drive continuous improvement, optimize operations, and align offerings with market needs and national schemes in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business administration or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in learning and development or workforce training.
• Proven leadership with a track record of building high-performing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of regulations and statutory compliance.
• Experience in cost management and budgeting and driving efficiency improvements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with regulations, statutory requirements and internal SOPs.
• Maintain knowledge of government regulations, national schemes and masterplans for training providers.
• Design, implement and manage a scalable and sustainable learning academy business model.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with stakeholders and lead contract negotiations as needed.
• Lead and develop a team of planners and trainers for effective programme design and delivery.
• Oversee development of course offerings aligned with market and organisational demands.
• Explore opportunities to diversify academy offerings beyond initial scope.
• Review and optimise processes and structures to improve efficiency and enable automation.
