Job summary

Talents@Work Pte Ltd is seeking a Full-time Learning Operations & Governance Leader to oversee day-to-day operations across training centres in Singapore. You will manage learner admissions, records, and admin processes while coordinating trainers, facilities, and IT support to ensure high-quality delivery.

You will drive funding and claims workflows with rigorous documentation, plus QA, audits and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in training operations or governance and quality assurance.
• Experience with funding, claims and audit processes.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills with ability to manage multiple workflows.
• Experience creating SOPs and process improvements with measurable outcomes.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across training centres and satellite locations, ensuring smooth, safe and reliable delivery.
• Oversee learner admissions, enrolment, records, attendance and administrative processes.
• Manage funding and claims operations, ensuring accurate documentation, timely submissions and proper reconciliation.
• Coordinate trainers, facilities, equipment, learning resources, IT support and assessment administration.
• Drive quality assurance, SOP governance, audit readiness and compliance requirements.
• Lead and develop the Learning Operations & Governance team, fostering accountability and service excellence.
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements, digitalisation and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong experience in training operations, learning administration, quality assurance or governance .
• Good understanding of funding, claims, compliance and audit processes.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows.
• Experience in SOPs, process improvement, dashboards and operational reporting.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive and accountable, with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
