Job summary

Talents@Work Pte Ltd is seeking a Full-time Learning Operations & Governance Leader to oversee day-to-day operations across training centres in Singapore. You will manage learner admissions, records, and admin processes while coordinating trainers, facilities, and IT support to ensure high-quality delivery.

You will drive funding and claims workflows with rigorous documentation, plus QA, audits and compliance.

Qualifications

Proven track record in training operations or governance and quality assurance.
Experience with funding, claims and audit processes.
Strong organisational and analytical skills with ability to manage multiple workflows.
Experience creating SOPs and process improvements with measurable outcomes.
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations across training centres and satellite locations.
Oversee learner admissions, enrolment, records, attendance and admin processes.
Manage funding and claims operations with accurate documentation and timely submissions.
Coordinate trainers, facilities, equipment, resources, IT support and assessment admin.
Drive QA, SOP governance, audits and compliance readiness.
Develop the Learning Operations & Governance team and promote service excellence.
Identify gaps and implement digitalisation and automation initiatives.
