Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview schedules and logistics for talent and management interviews.
• Coordinate career coaching, chats and engagement sessions, including calendar management and room bookings.
• Maintain talent-related records and update Workday CVs for posting histories.
• Support finance-related administration: budget tracking, invoices, and sponsorship billings.
• Support learning programme information, schedules and training calendars.
• Prepare approvals, procurement documentation and requisitions for training activities.
• Prepare and maintain learning and talent analysis reports and dashboards.
• Organise data, identify basic trends and provide summaries for HR stakeholders.
• Coordinate timelines and logistics for the 360 exercise for middle managers and leaders.
