Job summary

MR DAI PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Learning & Development Executive to plan, coordinate and deliver employee training programmes aimed at improving staff competency, service quality and operational standards.

The role develops training systems, learning materials and SOPs, and supports competency assessments to ensure consistent service standards across the organization. Collaboration with HR and Operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, English, HR, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, coaching, teaching, learning & development or related fields.
• Fresh candidates with strong educational backgrounds and relevant transferable skills are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver employee training programmes.
• Develop training materials, SOPs and assessments.
• Coordinate annual/monthly training plans and records.
• Provide coaching and feedback to staff to improve performance.
• Ensure SOP compliance and training documentation for audits.
