Gain City is seeking a Director/Assistant Director/Senior Manager, Learning Academy to build and lead the group’s learning academy in Singapore. You will design scalable training programmes, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement in outcomes and operations.

You will lead a high-performing team, partner with stakeholders, and shape course offerings to meet market and company needs, while optimizing processes and driving automation roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, learning and development or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in learning and development or workforce training.
• DCCLP (Diploma in Career Conversion for Learning and Performance) is preferred.
• Proven leadership capabilities, with a strong track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of regulations and statutory compliance.
• Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and operational excellence.
• Strong experience in cost management, budgeting and leading efficiency initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement and manage a scalable and sustainable business model for the learning academy.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including leading contract negotiations where necessary.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of planners and trainers to ensure effective programme design, delivery and operational excellence.
• Oversee the development of course offerings aligned with market and organisational demands.
• Explore and evaluate opportunities to diversify the academy’s offerings beyond the initial scope of courses.
• Review and optimise existing processes and organisational structures to improve efficiency and enable automation.
