Job summary

Manulife (Singapore) Pte Ltd seeks an Assistant Manager to design, deliver, and enhance learning solutions for financial representatives and agency leaders across career stages.

You will partner with internal stakeholders to execute onboarding and continuous learning initiatives, drive capability-building projects, and promote innovative learning approaches including GenAI-enabled simulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business/HR/Education/L&D.
• CMFAS modules 9, 9A, 8, 8A HI and RES5 completed.
• Minimum 4 years in training, L&D, education or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver learning solutions for representative and leader development.
• Facilitate onboarding programmes and continuous learning across the agency force.
• Partner with stakeholders to implement strategic capability-building projects.
• Manage training administration to support programme execution and learner experience.
• Monitor and evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend enhancements.
• Develop engaging training materials aligned with business objectives.
• Support GenAI-enabled learning tools and simulations.
• Coordinate project activities and stakeholder communications.
