Job summary

National University of Singapore is seeking an Executive / Senior Executive, Learning & Development to support planning, implementation and continuous improvement of University-wide learning initiatives, including flagship programmes in AI, data literacy, leadership and personal effectiveness.

The role collaborates with faculties, schools and external partners, combining programme management, learner engagement, learning analytics, communications and event planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• At least two years in learning and development; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong interest in emerging workforce trends, AI and data literacy.
• Proficiency in data analysis or data visualization using Excel/Power BI.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to prepare clear communications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end administration and evaluation of staff learning programmes and skills development initiatives.
• Coordinate learner communications, registration, attendance, assessments, feedback and budgets.
• Analyse learner and programme data; develop reports and dashboards; identify learning needs.
• Review curricula with domain experts to ensure quality, relevance and alignment with adult learning principles.
• Use generative AI and digital platforms to enhance learning delivery and engagement.
• Plan, organise and support staff learning events and communities of practice; facilitate sessions where required.
• Develop publicity materials to promote learning initiatives and engage learners and stakeholders effectively.
• Support development of learning strategies and workforce transformation projects with internal and external partners.
