Responsibilities

• Direct the assessment of workforce sufficiency and competency gaps across Board, Leaders, Social Service Professionals and key roles.
• Lead the development of workforce transformation plans, competency frameworks, and roadmaps.
• Coordinate with policy owners and implementation units to ensure alignment and coherent execution of plans.
• Oversee progress tracking against workforce targets and address risks or gaps to keep plans on track.
• Lead and develop team members, setting direction and fostering a high-performing culture.
• Prepare progress reports and recommendations for senior management to support decision-making.
