Job summary

The Land Transport Authority seeks a Manager/Senior Manager in Talent Acquisition and Planning to lead recruitment and advise stakeholders across the organisation. You will handle end-to-end hiring, onboarding, and ensure compliance with public service standards.

You will collaborate with divisional leaders to shape HR policies and co-design strategies that attract, develop, and retain talent. Proficiency with Workday and Cumulus is important, along with exploring new HR tech solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment or HR experience.
• Experience advising stakeholders across the organisation.
• Public sector experience is an advantage.
• Ability to leverage technology to enhance HR processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle with hiring managers.
• Oversee onboarding and documentation for new hires.
• Partner with leadership to develop HR policies.
• Co-design HR strategies to attract, develop, and retain employees.
• Support HRIS administration (Workday) and Cumulus data management.
• Explore new HR technologies to improve efficiency.
