Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore is seeking an Assistant/Deputy Manager/Manager in Strategic Communications & Engagement. You will lead strategic communications initiatives, manage events, and shape engagement across the organisation to reinforce our values and priorities.

You will coordinate cross-functional projects, develop compelling content across digital channels, and present insights to senior leadership, helping to translate complex transport policy into clear, impactful

Qualifications

At least 4 years in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, or related functions.
Minimum 2 years in leadership or supervisory roles.
Proficient in video production and editing with CapCut and Canva.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of service excellence initiatives and recognition programmes aligned to values and strategic direction.
End-to-end organisation of events, vendor management and external partnerships to ensure quality outcomes.
Develop and implement communication strategies to convey the Group's work and impact to audiences.
Produce high-quality content including digital collaterals, intranet materials, and multimedia assets.
Oversee e-information channels and management reporting to support informed decision-making.
Develop presentations and briefings for senior forums, translating complex information into clear narratives.
Manage a portfolio of cross-functional projects, tracking progress and risks for timely delivery.
