Role Summary

We are seeking a strategic and technically fluent Executive Director of Client Solutions to lead the scaling of Publicis Groupe’s data and identity capabilities across APAC. This role sits within a small, agile central team responsible for driving adoption, integration, and impact of group-wide solutions across multiple markets and agencies.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in identity solutions, audience and data strategy, and marketing technology, and be able to translate complex technical concepts into actionable client solutions. This is a high-impact role focused on capability growth and revenue influence, rather than direct attribution.

Key Responsibilities

Client Solutions & Engagement
  • Lead strategic solutioning and pitching efforts for identity and data solutions across key clients and markets in Asia Pacific.
  • Partner with client leads, strategy, and media teams to embed scalable identity-driven solutions into briefs and programs.
  • Translate technical identity frameworks (e.g., clean rooms, CDPs, hashed identifiers) into client-relevant use cases.
  • Oversee project delivery and ensure alignment with client expectations and business outcomes.
Technical Operations & Enablement
  • Manage and grow relationships with data and technology partners (e.g., CDPs, identity graphs, clean rooms).
  • Drive regional data orchestration strategies, including onboarding, integration, and governance.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to ensure operational readiness and scalability.
Regional Capability Building
  • Work cross-functionally with market teams to localize and activate global identity and data solutions.
  • Develop playbooks, training, and enablement materials to accelerate adoption.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities to evolve offerings based on market feedback and client needs.
Strategic Impact
  • Influence revenue growth through solution adoption and client retention.
  • Represent APAC in global forums to ensure regional needs are reflected in product roadmaps.
  • Track and report on solution performance, adoption metrics, and market maturity.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years in data strategy, identity resolution, client solutions, or marketing technology roles.
  • Proven experience in both client-facing and technical environments.
  • Deep understanding of identity platforms, clean rooms, CDPs, hashed identifiers, and digital media ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
  • Experience working across multiple APAC markets is a strong advantage.
