As Director / Senior Director – AI Business and Product Development, you will drive Synpulse’s AI-driven initiatives, shaping products and solutions that keep us ahead in rapidly evolving markets. This role combines strategic vision, product ownership, and hands-on execution to deliver innovative offerings aligned with client needs.

• Bachelor Degree holder
• At least 10 years in relevant capacity
• Proven experience in financial services (banking, insurance, wealth management)
• Hands‑on experience in building AI solutions and managing end‑to‑end product lifecycle
• Strong track record as product owner with go‑to‑market execution
• Demonstrated ability to create and deliver AI projects with measurable impact
• Have demonstrated a passion for AI through building and thought leadership
• Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for innovation and emerging technologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
