NCS is seeking an EG Ops Support Executive for Digital Workplace in Singapore to provide end-user support, troubleshoot client platform issues and ensure service levels are met. You will manage incidents, service requests, asset records, and server administration to enable software distribution and patch management.

We value AEIOU principles and a can-do attitude; prior tech administration experience and basic network knowledge are a plus.

Formación

1+ year of experience in technology administration.
Some network knowledge is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office.
Proficiency in technology is a plus.
Independent, resourceful, result-oriented with a can-do attitude.

Responsabilidades

Perform End User Support - Client Management.
Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems.
Respond promptly to incidents, investigate & provide temporary and/or permanent resolution with timely status updates.
Perform service requests related to client platforms.
Monitor the agreed service level, document and maintain configuration of systems; provide regular reporting.
Involve in client platform implementation/upgrade projects.
Perform follow-up with vendor on replacement of hardware.
Perform asset management and update asset records.
Perform local server administration to facilitate software distribution & patch management service.
Ensure deliverables meet service level requirements; propose and implement action plans when required.
Establish facility management standards/best practices to ensure operation consistency across project/facility management teams.
