Job summary

DKSH Group in Singapore is seeking a Senior Specialist Digital Workplace to ensure optimal performance of end-user computing across DKSH locations. You will deliver first-level support, manage computing infrastructure, and drive improvements that empower employees.

The role requires a Bachelor's in IT and 3+ years' experience with Windows environments, M365, AD, and ITIL, plus strong English communication and VIP support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computing or Information Technology.
• At least 3 years of hands-on Windows 10/11 administration and basic network/server support.
• Strong end-user computing across desktops, security, and office productivity software.
• Experience with ITSM processes and ITIL knowledge is advantageous.
• Excellent English communication and VIP user support experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain end-user devices (desktops, laptops, tablets) and apps to ensure reliable performance.
• Provide first-level support and resolve incidents per SLA to maintain high user satisfaction.
• Manage AD provisioning and access, plus M365 email onboarding for new joiners.
• Support SAP GUI, DNS/DHCP, file servers, and secure file transfer; escalate when needed.
• Ensure device security and implement IT policy compliance across locations.
• Coordinate desktop refresh projects in line with IT standards and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Group IT and business units to improve service delivery.
• Maintain ITIL processes and pursue continuous improvement in infrastructure skills.
