Job summary

DKSH Singapore is seeking an IT Digital Workplace Manager to lead end-user IT and digital workplace operations, ensuring a secure, modern environment for staff and executives.

You will manage a team of end-user support professionals, coordinate with regional IT and external providers, and drive initiatives from device refresh to lifecycle management while maintaining compliance with local regulations and security standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience managing teams and/or outsourced service providers.
• At least 5 years in End User Computing, Digital Workplace, or IT Support roles.
• Strong experience with Microsoft technologies and enterprise IT tools.
• Experience with AI, workflow automation, and virtual agents in IT support is a plus.
• Familiarity with IT service management, ITIL processes, and security practices.
• Experience supporting hybrid cloud and on-premise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and manage day-to-day activities to ensure reliable end-user systems and services.
• Oversee IT service management processes aligned with ITIL best practices.
• Act as escalation point for complex technical issues and service disruptions.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure SLA and contract compliance.
• Partner with stakeholders and provide high-touch support to senior executives.
• Drive transformation projects, device refresh, and lifecycle management.
