Job summary

DKSH Singapore is seeking an IT Digital Workplace Manager to lead end-user IT and digital workplace operations, ensuring a secure, modern environment for staff and executives.

You will manage a team of end-user support professionals, coordinate with regional IT and external providers, and drive initiatives from device refresh to lifecycle management while maintaining compliance with local regulations and security standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience managing teams and/or outsourced service providers.
  • At least 5 years in End User Computing, Digital Workplace, or IT Support roles.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft technologies and enterprise IT tools.
  • Experience with AI, workflow automation, and virtual agents in IT support is a plus.
  • Familiarity with IT service management, ITIL processes, and security practices.
  • Experience supporting hybrid cloud and on-premise environments.

Responsibilities

About The Role

The IT Digital Workplace Manager is responsible for leading end-user Information Technology (IT) and digital workplace operations in Singapore, including end-user support and infrastructure. This role ensures employees have a secure, stable, and modern technology environment, while continuously improving service quality and user experience in line with business needs and local regulatory requirements.

He/She will manage a team of end user support professionals, oversee outsourced service providers, and collaborate closely with local business stakeholders and regional IT teams.

What You Will Deliver
  • Lead a team, implement new initiatives, and manage day-to-day activities to ensure the reliability, high service availability, and performance of end-user systems, services, hardware, and infrastructure through established IT operations policies, procedures, and processes
  • Oversee IT service management processes including incident, request, problem, change, and release management aligned with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices
  • Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues and service disruptions
  • Manage end-user computing environments including laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, peripherals, and collaboration tools
  • Own endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows Autopilot, and identity and access management, including IT Asset Management
  • Strategize, plan, and execute transformation projects, device refresh, rollout, and lifecycle management initiatives
  • Serve as the IT liaison for IT security and ensure compliance with cybersecurity, audit, and data protection requirements relevant to Singapore
  • Coordinate disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing for end-user services
  • Manage third-party vendors and managed service providers, ensuring Service Level Agreement (SLA) and contract compliance
  • Partner with business stakeholders and provide high-touch support to senior management and executive users
  • Lead, coach, and develop a customer-focused, high-performing support team
  • Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in managing teams and/or outsourced service providers
  • At least 5 years in End User Computing, Digital Workplace, or IT Support roles
  • Strong experience with Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows Autopilot, Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) / Entra ID, Group Policy, System Center Configuration Manager / Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM/MEM), Windows 10/11, Linux, and Android
  • Experience using Artificial Intelligence (AI), workflow automation, and virtual agents to streamline end-user support and improve service delivery efficiency
  • Good understanding of endpoint security, identity management, and device compliance
  • Hands-on experience supporting or managing network and security components such as firewalls, switches, access points, and Virtual Private Networks (VPNs)
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools and ITIL processes
  • Experience supporting hybrid cloud and on-premise environments
  • Experience in creating technology roadmaps, network design, and remote end-user support
  • ITIL Foundation or higher certification is an advantage
  • Microsoft certifications including Modern Desktop Administrator, Azure, or Microsoft 365 are an advantage
  • Networking or security certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent are an advantage
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on service quality and user experience
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, enterprise environment
  • Experience supporting C-suite, senior leadership, and executive users
