• Collaborate with Digital Workplace Engineers to ensure service coverage during operating hours.
• Deliver a superior end‑user service experience with continuous improvement.
• Own service requests end‑to‑end in a multi‑stakeholder environment.
• Act as ambassador for digital workplace change management & end‑user communications.
• Support and manage IT assets and onsite AV/VC technologies.
