We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive at Websentials to manage our clients’ accounts by strategizing and executing digital campaigns across Google and Meta. You will plan, implement, and optimize campaigns, coordinate with internal teams for creative assets, and monitor performance to ensure results meet client goals and quality standards. Your role will be key in driving campaign success and delivering measurable impact for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee digital campaigns across Google, Facebook, and Instagram to achieve client objectives.
Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize paid media campaigns on Google & Meta, ensuring maximum ROI and measurable results for clients.
Data Analysis & Insights: Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.
Content Collaboration: Work with creative teams to produce engaging content that aligns with campaign goals and resonates with target audiences.
Client Reporting: Prepare clear and concise performance reports and updates, keeping clients informed of progress and results.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, new tools, and best practices, and share insights to enhance client campaigns.
Account Support: Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, aligned with client goals, and that client expectations are managed throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Requirements
Experience: Min 1 year experience in digital marketing or account management, preferably in an agency environment, with a proven record of executing successful campaigns.
Digital Expertise: Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing channels.
Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret campaign metrics, optimise performance, and track KPIs and ROI.
Collaboration & Communication: Strong team player with excellent communication skills, capable of coordinating with internal teams and managing client expectations effectively.
Multitasking & Organisation: Able to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
Proactivity & Learning: Self-motivated, eager to learn, adaptable to evolving digital marketing trends, and capable of taking ownership of tasks.
Client Focus: Strong understanding of client needs, with the ability to upsell, secure renewals, and build long-term relationships.
Certifications: Google Ads or Meta certifications, familiarity with SEO tools, and basic knowledge of creative tools will be a bonus.
